Dermaplane

Dermaplane uses a highly specialized disposable instrument (one time use) designed specifically for removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells and the layer of vellous hair that often cover the face, commonly known as “peach fuzz”.

Dermaplaning immediately rejuvenates the skin. Exfoliation by Dermaplane leaves the skin smooth, supple, and vibrant. Dermaplaning can also be highly effective in minimizing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars, because .the removal of this skin barrier allows for better penetration of products.  The Dermaplane has been used as a prep tool to enhance the effectiveness of other treatments.  It is especially effective before a chemical peel.
