Dr. Goco graduated from the Georgetown University Medical School in Washington, D.C.. He completed his residency at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Goco was then selected for 1 out of 37 fellowships nationwide in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through Louisiana State University _ Shreveport and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). He is 1 out of 600 physicians worldwide who has achieved double Board Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has authored and lectured nationally on numerous topics regarding facial plastic surgery. Dr. Goco is a volunteer surgeon for Face to Face national and local domestic violence projects.
